Stolen Identities...
By Sue

Clip to ScrapBook
Dear Cathy-Dee,

I am SO sorry about someone swiping your name. I never saw the post but it sounded horrible. There have been several Sue's that weren't me. I am the often wacky one. (Yes I did say to go out with that parent,
I was wrong. Hit me with a wet noodle.)

Other "Sue" type things--

I started that lonely 2nd career board (come over! Its always been nice over there!)
I tend to type lists
I support the IEP students
I try to use humor to stifle some of the aggressive threads --

I myself, have used other names, usually to reflect the mood of my message...I have some suggestions...

"drowning

in a flood of paperwork"

"oh, my aching feet"

"She ain't heavy, she's my room mother"

"Helen Crump"
for Andy Griffith fans

"Looping Lulu "

"NOT dating any more parents!"

"In-school suspension Sally"

"Multi-age personality disorder"
(I liked this one on several levels)

Feel free to use any of these if you ever need a break. Or to answer the posts of your imposter

Serioulsy, I realize that, in cyberspace, you get to know the essence of people -- the souls of people through their words. When someone posts a question to that identity that you have used, it is like a call in the night. You are that person. You have to answer. The difference, however, in cyberspace is that we have no face to distinquish us from the other Sue's, Elaines, Cathy-Dee's,(Joshs, Jessicas), etc. However, rest assured, Cathy-Dee, we know who you are -- you are always a calm and knowledgeable voice answering back.
