Go to a bookstore and look in the family section, for a book called "1-2-3 Magic". It's a book for parents on discipline with a chapter for teachers. It's really quite simple, but not easy unless you follow it correctly. But, when you read it from cover to cover, you'll understand how to do it. I can't do it justice here but I liked the system a lot because previously, I had always had a hard time not getting angry or showing my frustration when kids interrupted me with misbehavior (again and again). I was so much calmer using this. You can stand there in the bookstore and read enough to see if it's for you. Good luck.
