what about the parents???

Isn't it a parents' job to form a foundation of morals and teaching in their children even before they enter school? I have one student in particular who comes from a wealthy family. Mother and father are always around and there to pick him up, etc. This kid is the most annoyingly sarcastic child I have ever met. He doesn't seem to think the class rules apply to him and he is better than everone else. My question is this...what's up with these parents?
