I feel the same! I agree with Art. I really don't want to take any sick days (I want to have a baby next year and need to save them up) but I have been blowing things off on weekends and after school. Last sat I spent the whole day in bed reading and it wasn't a school related book! You really do need to take time!

Another thing sometimes stress can screw up your thyroid which can make you feel like this- this is also a symptom of clinical depression- so if you absolutly can't shake it off or it goes on too long you really should see your doctor.
