Student Injured by behavior problem child
By The Parent took action today!!

Today, a student was injured by a child who has severe behavior problems but no IEP.

This child has been to the office repeatedly.

He found a piece of metal and cut on the face at recess. The injured student's mother wanted him expelled. He was for a day. The principal said they could not discuss him (the behavior problem) and as far as she knew, he had no problems.

That didn't satisfy the parent. She went to the police and is bringing up charges of assault against the little boy.
