you must feel awful going to school everyday. that was a mean thing that the superintendent did to you during that meeting! he should have worked more on you two working towards some common goal. and as for you two doing
the same page, same lesson? i think that's a load of crap...sorry.. but i do! i don't know of any teachers who are always on the same page or chapter! we all have unique classes that determine how fast or slow we teach certain concepts. that just goes to show how administrators seem so out of touch with classrooms and don't know what's really going on when we teach. as for you? i would say,

just be nice to the other teacher. as hard as it may be. you want a good recommendation if you decide to go to another school district next year. just nod and smile and pray that she'll go away and leave you alone! that's my philosophy. nod and smile, especially when it comes to people i don't like working with. kill them with kindness. as for teaching the same stuff everday day? i don't know how you'll be able to do that. but good luck with it all. keep on smiling!
