quit, too
By Vanessa

Clip to ScrapBook
I was miserable on my job, too. I wrote my letter of resignation, then submitted it to Personnel without telling anybody about it, including my principal. When he got a copy of it, he was surprised. He took me aside and told me that he had no idea I was so miserable on my job and that he would have helped me if he had only known. My best advice is to tell your principal, as the above poster did, before you try to bail out. Your principal, if he/she cares at all about the teachers will try to help you.
