I know that I'm blamed

I almost quit today. My inner-city bunch just about had a mutiny in my class. They all made loud noises and disrespected me. I sent two out, but the administration really didn't deal--the kids came right back. Talk about ready to blow my top!!! I think it's time for me to leave. I know many would say that I should find a better school or district, yet it is soooo hard to start all over again. Are most kids just this way?
