Clip to ScrapBook
Hi
I made a form letter/chart for communication with my mainstreamed teachers. I keep it simple with check boxes. It says:
For the week of __________________
we have no changes in our schedule this week. We have
the following changes in our schedule (with a couple of lines to fill in)
the following assignments are missing: (with blanks to fill in)
I need the following materials from you:
I have been having the following behavior problems with _______
I made it on brigh pink paper so that the teachers can't miss it and I put it in their mailboxes on the Thursday of the week prior
to needing the information
At the beginning of the school year I send out a form letter to each teacher who has one of my students and in it I tell them they'll be receiving this form each Thrusday. All of my teacher return it and it sure helps with scheduling special events or even special projects they may be doing in the regular ed room
