Introductory Ideas

I've done the same thing that Pat suggested but with Skittles. They love the fact that they get to eat them! I've also played the game where they (and I) have to write down three facts about themselves. Two of them are true but one is false. Then it's up to everybody else to try to figure out which one is made up. Just a different idea. Have fun! Like Pat said, fifth grade is great!
