Tribes training

My staff recieved Tribes Training two years ago. The trainer came into are school for three consecutive days during the summer. Tribes is a book written by Jeanne Gibbs which has community building activities that you can use in the classrooms K-12 but it also can be used as for a staff to build community. It is was fun to do with the staff and it built community among us. Now, our staff starts every meeting with a inclusion activity that breaks the ice and tension after a hard days work. Even our principal, maintaince, bus drivers were involved with this training. It was an experience worthwhile.
