Thank-you all for the replies. I feel I have a better idea of the areas that we need to address as we proceed with administration. I know that we will use some of the reasons presented so well by Tia. I personally feel hands-on experience by classroom teachers is a true test of a systems worth. I only hope its convincing enough for our administration. Diane
