Clip to ScrapBook
We have about 20 minutes at the end of each day that I call ROAR time. Throughout the day kids put any unfinished work or things i have handed back to fix up in a Work In Progress Folder. The ROAR time stands for revise, organize, apply, reflect. It is a non talking time where kids can catch up on unfinished work but also a time where I can work with kids one on one who need help. I also have used this time before to read a class novel that the kids can just listen to for pleasure. No papers to fill out of responses to do. They like this too.
