I use a 3-ring binder divided by six weeks. I put a copy of the lesson plan for 1 week then I put any reproducibles, worksheets, games, etc. behind that. It usually takes me about 3 big binders to keep up with everything. You've got to find what works best for you. Everyone has their own "method to their madness." Hope this helps.
