ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND??

Wasted 7 years? NO WAY! It's fantastic that you know so much about computers! To have a teacher in the classroom with so much knowledge about computers will land you a job in ANY district. Teachers like that are hard
to come by and the big push in education is integrating technology. I wish I would've spent more time learning about computers. I see that you have a real advantage, and am happy you seenthe light.
I am always questioned about why I became a teacher because so many people use it as "something to fall back on." I can only say it's because teaching is the ONLY thing I've ever really

wanted to do. Teaching is THE hardest thing I could've possibly done with my life, but it is THE most rewarding.

Now, I realize that I want to stay within the education field FOREVER, but maybe not be in the classroom forever. I'd love to work in educational publishing, for state curriculum development, or teacher prof. development. You might feel the same way after a while, and your computer knowledge will only be a benefit. CONGRATULATIONS ON FINALLY DISCOVERING THE REAL YOU! ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM ASAP!!!!!!
