my school has a learners creed that is said each morning after the flag salute. Each day a different student in the school does the morning announcements and the students repeat the creed together. I don't know if you are looking for something short (ours is about 20+ lines)
Last year some of the teachers got together and wrote the creed to make sure the students understand that they are the most important person in their educational experience. Our principal talks to the kids a lot and that is one of the questions that always comes up: What does the learners creed mean? It's something we refer back to in the class every day so they always have great answers.
