How about making geometric shapes using pretzels and frosting? We do this with angles, segments, rays, and shapes at the end of our unit. The kids love it and of course they get to eat too...I buy freezer paper for them to work on, and each one has to make the required list of shapes. It takes about two frosting containers and three bags of pretzels for 30 kids.
