Bad observation
By MJH

Clip to ScrapBook
Sorry to hear but don't let it get you so much. Even veteran teachers get bad observations sometimes. Even though you told your principal about the scheduling changes you should also put this under the teacher comment section of your observation before signing off on it. Most systems that I have been in have a place where the teacher can respond to the observation and those comments become part of your record. If your system does not have this please contact your teacher's association so changes can be made to the observation process to include teacher's comment.
