observations By Cathy-Dee

Unscheduled observations are often difficult for us to handle because we don't always have everything planned out. Although things didn't work out for this one, it is a great opportunity to show your Principal that you can| take this negative critism and turn it around to make positive changes in your room. A good Principal will do this, if your Principal is not like this, then seriously look for a new position. All Principals are not tyrants. You haven't said how many observations you've had up to this time. If the others have been good, then I wouldn't worry too much about this one. And not completely | | defending your Principal, but we all have off moments. Perhaps she was having a bad day and took it out on you. I would take the main points she found negative and make those areas shine during your next observation. Hopefully she'll appreciate your efforts and your next observation comments will be great
