observations
By Cathy-Dee

Clip to ScrapBook
Unscheduled observations are often difficult for us to handle because we don't always have everything planned out. Although things didn't work out for this one, it is a great opportunity to show your Principal that you can
take this negative critism and turn it around to make positive changes in your room. A good Principal will do this, if your Principal is not like this, then seriously look for a new position. All Principals are not tyrants. You haven't said how many observations you've had up to this time. If the others have been good, then I wouldn't worry too much about this one.

And not completely

defending your Principal, but we all have off moments. Perhaps she was having a bad day and took it out on you. I would take the main points she found negative and make those areas shine during your next observation. Hopefully she'll appreciate your efforts and your next observation comments will be great
