I am sorry to hear about your mother's health. I agree with another poster that she sounds like a remarkable woman. The only thing I can think of to help you is get a list from each state of the school districts and schools within each district and forward the information to "Reading Specialist/Coordinator". I know when I relocated that's how I found out the names of places to send the old resume to secure a job. Good luck and I hope your mother's health stabilizes so you can enjoy more time with her!
