Clip to ScrapBook
Hello. Maybe you can use "Mystery Trash." I use this. I say that there are 5 things on the floor that are mystery trash, if you find them and put them where they go (most are trash, some things might be pencils, pens,
etc.), then you will receive two pieces of candy or a prize from the prize box. Another fun thing to do is to have the students clean up their area, sit on their desk after they have cleaned up. You could play silent seatball (with a small ball), the students can quietly pass the ball (if they talk or miss the ball when it is passed to them, they are out.) I also like the students to tell
me one thing that they learned that day (or that week - on Friday's, before they can go home) - I am going to start doing this one with my fourth graders again. I hope that these ideas work. Good luck!
