I like all the suggestions posted so far, and add Storyteller books, as well as RC Owens for publishers. I would not suggest a kit, rather choose a variety of titles from each of the companies, it's vital to have different types of books to problem solve. My favorites are Rigby PM readers and the Storyteller ones. Best of luck! ;-D
