I have been teaching Pre-K for the last 10 years, and each year pre-k, k, and 1st put on a little show. One year I cut out large tree from green oaktag and each child decorated their tree, or you could just glitter them up a bit. They could sing rocking around the Christmas tree, Frosty the snowman could be with white oaktag, decorated, rudolph, use headbands made out of brown contruction paper using their hands as antlers templates, feel free to e-mail me if I can be of any help.
