I would keep a close eye on the relationship, but I wouldn't say anything. If the "good" child's parents notice a change in her behavior, they may contact you. If you notice a change in her behavior, THEN contact them. In the meantime, see what happens--you never know. The "good" kid might become a positive role model for the other child and the negative behavior could change!
