I would jsut mention that so and so have been good friends lately (tell both sets of parents). Dont mention the good ro bad. If they are concerned about who thier child hangs out with they will investigate or ask thier child about it.

Or Say nothing unless it becomes a problem. This friendship may just be a PHASE!
