Coop learning
By Gayle

Clip to ScrapBook
I do some cooperative learning in my 3rd grade class. We do "think, pair, share" and numbered heads together. Numbered heads is when u have them in group, use a spinner to decide which group and which member of that group will be called on. I use this a lot with review for tests or even worksheets. The cool thing about it is that all students are accountable because they never know who will be called on and I stress to them that they need to make sure ALL members know the answer AND how to get the answer. Good luck!
