As a sub, I'd like you to do what makes your day go better...Please try what I've left. If it's not happening, take iniative...Choose an appropriate book to read aloud, have some ideas to follow it up. If you want ideas,seek out teachers or librarian where you sub...post a note back to me I'd like to help if you want...It's important that a sub stay actively involved, don't expect kids to do a copied sheet w/o your involvement--they will eat you alive... IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN IDEAS...YOU ARE NOT AT THE MERCY OF POOR PLANNING ON THE PART OF THE TEACHER.
