Hi! Thank you for your comments. Let me assure you that your response was not the reason the post was removed.

You replied to one of several discussions that were removed yesterday to help get the VENT board
focused on its intended purpose: assisting first-year teachers. You might recall that we've taken similar action once or twice before in the past two years.
We never like to remove posts, especially interesting ones, but the VENT board has a very particular purpose, which we don't want to lose sight of. First-year teachers -as we know- have many rough days. VENT is an opportunity

for all of us to provide them some needed comfort and practical advice.
