Venn
By Cat

Clip to ScrapBook
I saw a really neat thing at a conference once about using venn diagrams. I haven't tried it yet but it seems like it would work really well. You get two hula hoops and cover each one with plastic cling wrap, one in yellow and one in blue. When you put them together, the color in the middle is now green. Then, have the kids use post it notes to list all of the things that are similar between the two concepts on the green. All of the differences go on post its on the yellow and blue cling wrap. If you try it, let me know how it worked. Good luck.
