9:10-9:20 Students arrive
9:20-9:30 Morning meeting
9:30-9:50 Morning message on easel.(Phonics)
9:50-10:40 Reading or Writer's Workshop
10:40-11:10 Flex Reading Groups (flexible guided reading groups with all 1st grade teachers)
11:10-11:25 Spelling/H.W.
11:25-12:00 Recess/Lunch
12:00-12:30 Quiet Reading (I work with individuals or small groups)
12:30-1:10 Math groups
1:10-1:30 Journal Writing
1:30-2:30 Specialists(phy.ed., music, media, computer)
2:30-3:30 Themes: Social Studies, Science, Health or Writer's Workshop
3:30-3:45 Book Nook(parent's read stories to class) or Nature Sharing
3:50 Dismissal
