    In my centers I make one person in each center the leader of that center. The position rotates in the group each week. The leader is in charge of keeping her/his group quiet. If a student is loud the leader tells the student to do folder work at his/her seat. The student selects a folder game and goes to his/her seat to do the game. When they finish the game, they need to have me check it, if it is finished they may go back to their center. Maybe you could adapt this to your class?
