In case you weren't aware of it, the United States is the country of many of the Hispanics you encounter. They are American citizens.

You want them to go back to Mexico, but many Hispanic Americans are not from families that immigrated from Mexico. Some are from Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Cuba or other Central and South American countries.

The original post was about locating information about Mexican food. Your local library or bookstore probably has information about the foods of Mexico. You could also check with a Mexican resturant in your area that is operated by persons of Mexican background.
