If you look into Proteacher's directory, type ESL, you'll get a list of good ressources. One of my favorite is eslmag. Try it!
I also use lots of acting/drama/miming and reader theater with my ESL students ( 90% of my class!)
Arts and Crafts activities are also very good to teach lots of verbs and vocabulary and I found that kids memorize words and structures much better when they are truly active at the same time - maybe because I'm such a kinetic learner myself
