weakness

That's funny you ask that because I went through a job training course and that was a big focus. Whatever you do, DO NOT SAY THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A WEAKNESS. My weakness is that I want the kids to see me as a friend. I'm often too easy on them because I want them to like me. But now they must see me as an authority and they begin to trust me and like me as I am. Good luck!
