Weakness

I have said that my weakness is that I care too much about kids (which I do and end up letting my empathy wear me down once I leave school) or that I strive for perfection which can put too much pressure upon myself. I have had great success in my interviews. Although difficult at times, I tried to have a positive attitude. I learned from several people that when interviewing we should take a weakness and turn it inot a positive situation. I hope this helps you in some way. I was asked that question in my last interview and was hired!
