Hi..I don't have an actual recipe, but I just mix cornstarch and water until I feel it's the right consistency. You want to have it somewhat thin, but not too runny. Just play around with it until you get what you like. I've had students mix it themselves by taking 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and 3 teaspoons of water and putting it in a styrofoam cup. Some had to add more water or cornstarch... Just trial and error, I guess! Hope this is what you want!
