poor principal
By not telling on this one

Clip to ScrapBook
way to go!
we put up with our rotten principal for 4 years (many of us left or retired--turnover was unbelievable--i'm young, so i knew i'd outlive him.) he came to our school on probabtion--he'd put his former school
through hell the previous few years. we shared information often with our association and our quad leader (administrator in charge of our area of the school district). everyone in the district knew he stunk. he was asked --finally--to leave us, but was placed in our feeder jr. high as a teacher. good grief. many parents called to say they did not want him teaching their children.
well, as we could have told anyone, he blew up--we never did get the whole story--yelled at a child (NOT the first time), yelled at a teacher (DEFINITELY not the first time), and threw a chair. yikes! he's now on "extended medical leave". good grief. why is it so hard to get crummy employees out of the system?
you did the right thing--just remember to document, document, document!
