Battling germs By Sixtiesbabe

The custodian gave me a antibacterial spray. I spray the room every time a student coughs or sneezes. I also have a spray bottle with bleach water in it for sanitizing tables and chairs.
Remember to spray door knobs, faucet handles & the telephone, also.
I take vitamins, drink plenty of water and try to get enough rest. I always get a flu shot.
How many years have you been teaching? Last year (my first year) i was sick a lot. This year I seem to be building up an immunity. I hope you feel better soon.
