I would label the boxes (math manipulatives, resource books, student books, charts, crayons, scissors,etc.) If you will have different areas (book corner, writing center, etc.)label accordingly. This will help also. Your list sounds like a good idea too.

You can get those cardboard boxes just for charts, bulletin border, etc. at teacher stores. You would be able to use those all year for storage.
