fundraiser

Our school did a penny fundraiser for a seriously ill child. Local stores also let us put plastic jars on their counter-- with parent's permission of course. We got some coverage on the local TV also. We had a huge pickle jar in the office for the pennies. A local bank agreed to roll them for us and count them for us. If you are having a school-wide event soon--sockhop, bingo night you could put the jars around during that time also.
