I am not totally sure about benifits and things like that so this may not be what you want. I anm an education Student and would love to be a looping teacher when I am done. I have had family members (Cousins) growing up who have had the same teachers for 2-4 years and they did great and loved it. (I am the oldest child in this generation and didnt get to personally experience it). With the exception of the first year: They had more time at the begenning and end of each year to learn and not have to worry about the NEW teacher. The teacher didnt have to worry about assesing thier skills (she already knew). They just picked up where they left off the year before. SO give it a try you may love it and want to do it again.
