no compensation
By Margaret

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi Colleen,

If you can believe it, our school didn't get any compensation. That is the whole problem. We have beening dealing with the same rep for a few years and this time around she made some big mistakes and Scholastic
didn't care. They didn't try to compensation in any way. I hope you never run into a problem with them. They are great and really nice until something goes wrong and then forget. I even spoke to her manager Maria, and she wouldn't even talk about the mistakes or admit to the mistakes her rep made, she just said she couldn't believe it, the rep has been there for years, like no one
can make a mistake and we had dates and times. It was really bad. The rep promised us things, that the Manager said was not Scholastic policy and all she did was to keep reading the policies over and over to me. I finally told her maybe she should be reading to her rep instead of me. I never experience anything like that. Like you said usually companies are fair and want to help but not Scholastic.

Margaret
