    I did reports with my fifth grade class last year on endangered animals. The students had to find out where their animal lived, what their habitat was like, what their animal eats, how they gather their food, what dangers the animal faces, what is being done to protect the animal, and how they would protect their animal. The students had to have three sources on their bibliography. We used the library to find books and encyclopedias, as well as sources that I brought into the classroom. And I gave each student 2 websites that would have information about their animal if they were having trouble finding things.
