Thank God...I was not your student teacher. Either way, if you feel that the girl is incompetent maybe she needs another teacher to help her integrate in the educational system. Your image of her is already tainted. When I was a student teacher the teacher gave me his plans and I would watch him give class for the first few weeks. After that I was on my own.My suggestion is that you let her view other classes and have her get a wide range of teaching techniques. This way she will find out what she wants and who she will be as a teacher,
