House/paragraph
By Jacquie

Clip to ScrapBook
When I teach students the skill of writing a paragraph I have a visual of a house. I teach they children that every house needs a roof/the insides of a house and a foundation. Every good paragraph needs a topic sentence/details and a concluding sentence. I write the words on the house and have the children use that format to plan their writing.
