You can list your degree under "Education" along with any other endorsements or courses that seem appropriate. When you get to the "Experience" section try this. List each significant type of teaching in a single line followed by the length of time you have been doing it. It might look like this:

Taught Guided Reading to small groups in a regular classroom setting - 6 years
Provided special education services to students ing grades 1 through 3 - 10 years

And so on. This gives you lots of room to tell what you did and how long you did it. Then, during your interview and in your cover letter you can elaborate on the details.
