PC1 -- good for 3 years all that is needed to move to the next level is professional development hours, professional
So they don't come right out and demand it, but if you get to the second level you will have it within 14 years or so. We are not provided with any state level assistance, my district pays $90 per class. A master's degree equals a $3,000 pay increase. I have found an awesome program through a university in MO. We have a cohort of 10 people that meet once a week for 4 hours. A class meets 6 times and then it is finished, and we only do one class at a time. It will end up costing me $9,000 and the entire program is finished in 20 months. The best part is that the cohort meets in my school building so I have no extra commute to class. Good luck to all of the troopers out there. Jessica/MO/3
