I agree with Jayne on the professional books, but what GL are you student teaching with? I think Mosaic is a great book, but perhaps later in your teaching...Also, what subjects are you wanting to concentrate on? There are some excellent ones for math/science as well. Just post or email to get more possibilities. ;-D It's wonderful that you're already wanting to keep reading, it's so important.
