I used GeoCities Pagebuilder to make my site. It was VERY easy. The words/images that "follow" the cursor throughout my site are part of their "add-ons." I know there probably is a way to create it with html, but I am not fluent in that. Any questions, just e-mail me. I love keeping my site for students and parents to interact with. Good luck!
