Do you have any strength left to fill us in on what happened PM? For one, I cannot believe the teacher neglected to leave you any plans & told you to WING IT! This class is crying out for TOTAL STRUCTURE. I assume they are dealt with so roughly because everyone is at the end of their rope with this out-of-control group. But it seems that treating them this way certainly isn't working & only serves to exacerbate the problem. Usually I have lots of advice to offer, but I am at just as much a loss as you are with what I have heard you describe! Were there ANY nice children in this room?
